Regarding the houses, the construction work started after the end of the summer of 2007. The first concrete was laid on the 10th of September and finished at the end of 2007. On the 5th of February, when all the brickwork was finished, the hydraulic and electrical work began. During spring 2008 the plastering finished and at the beginning of summer the floors were added to the picture.
