1st House Description
The total area of the property is 135m2 (square meters), of which 82m2 correspond to the living area and the remaining 53m2 correspond to a semi-basement that includes the parking (26m2) and an auxilliary room (27m2).
The house consists of two floors and one small attic.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and a small wc covering a total area of 45m2.
