2nd House Description
The total area of the property is 152m2 (square meters), of which 95m2 correspond to the main living area and the remaining 57m2 to a semi-basement, which includes 32m2 for parking space, 18m2 for an auxiliary room and 7m2 for a storage room.
The main house consists of two floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and a small wc covering a total area of 45m2.
The three bedrooms of the house and a bathroom are located upstairs,, all covering a total area of 50m2.
The house has two entrances on the ground floor. On the other side of the basement there is a ramp leading to the closed parking space.

The house has a autonomous heating system with its own separate boiler, a fireplace, a hub for computer network, electric aluminum-framed doors and windowsand there is double-glazing.
