3rd House Description
The total area of the property is 134m2 (square meters), of which 82m2 correspond to the main living area and the remaining 52m2 to asemi-basement, which includes 35m2 for parking space, 7m2 for an auxiliary room and 10m2 for a storage room..
The main house consists of two floors.
