4th House Description
The total area of the home is 133m2 (square meters), of which 82m2 correspond to the main living area and the remaining 51m2 to a semi-basement, which includes 33m2 for the closed parking space and 18m2 for an auxiliary room.
The main house consists of two floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and a small wc covering a total area of 45m2.
The two bedrooms of the house and a bathroom are located upstairs covering a total area of 38m2.
The house has 3 entrances: 2 on the ground floor and 1 through the auxiliary room in the basement. On the other side of the basement there is a declining ramp that leads to the closed parking space.
Equipment
The house has a autonomous heating system with its own separate boiler, a fireplace, a hub for computer network, electric aluminum-framed doors and windowsand there is double-glazing.
The possibility of having air-conditioning appliances and a solar water heater installed by the owner has been taken under consideration and for that reason there have been corresponding infrastructures to support these options.
