The total area of the property is 140m2 (square meters), of which 85m2 correspond to the main living area and the remaining 55m2 to a semi-basement, which includes 27m2 for the closed parking space and 28m2 for the auxiliary room..
The main house consists of two floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and a small wc covering a total area of 46m2.
The two bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs covering a total area of 39m2.
